Welcome back group 41! I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday
break and you are coming back feeling rested and ready to go. To start off the New
Year, we will be starting off with a mini-unit on Hockey (Go Habs Go!) and
Teamwork. We will be starting our second Number Workbook (B) but please be sure
to keep book A handy. They will need it for review at the end of the year.
Please be sure to sign the Math Theme 2 exam.
Upcoming Test Dates:
Math Units 15-17 – starts Tuesday January 24
Language Power Unit 3 – Friday January 27
Keep studying those x-tables. Cards, computer games or using the
agenda are all acceptable ways to practice, at least 5 minutes a night.

Spelling:
Unit 9 – due January 13. It has been worked on in class during the week. If incomplete, it becomes homework Thursday night. There are no weekly spelling tests. There will be one test per term using lessons 6, 12 &18.
Math: Make sure Math test is signed.
