Gr.43 May 13-17

Hello Group 43! We complete our Poetry Unit this week. We have completed our Math Numbers program. We will continue to work on supplemental activities that will help for the SWL Math Exams and make sure everyone is ready for Grade 5. Tuesday is Denim day, you may wear jeans with the school uniform shirt for a donation.

Math:

Units 25-28: Monday May 13

Units 1-28: starts Friday May 17 and continues during the switch periods next week.

Language Power:

Craft and Compose Test: in class writing activity

Develop Research Skills Test: Wednesday June 5 (during switch)

Spelling Test:

Lesson 18 – Monday June 10

Spelling:

*Unit 17 – due Friday May 17. It has been worked on in class during the week. If incomplete, it becomes homework Thursday night. There are no weekly spelling tests. There will be one test per term using lessons 6, 12 &18.
