Hope you all had a great weekend! We will continue working on our novel Charlotte’s Web. We will start an in class project on pigs and spiders. Our Problem Solving strategy this week is Work Backward. Some students need extra practice at home. Please use the examples I send home and use the new Problem Solving link I posted.

There will be a Work Backward Test on Tuesday February 26.

Notes:

·        Library is every Thursday

·        Remember to bring boots, snow pants, a hat, gloves and a scarf!

·       A code will now be given for being late in the morning.

·       Remember to send in the Mont Avila tubing permission slip and School Fees (if you received a reminder.)

Test is given with Lessons 6, 12 and 18 ONLY.

Math:

This week we will complete Prism Ch. 5. We will work on Nelson Ch.9 lessons 2,3 & 5. We will have a test on these lessons on Thursday February 28.  Keep practicing those facts!!!
